Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) is seeking proponents to submit a single proposal for the renovation of two (2) units in a multi-residential building to improve accessibility.
The scope of work includes demolition and construction, flooring installation, drywall partition installation, supplying/installing new entrance doors and power door operators, installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, electrical and plumbing works, HVAC, and painting.
All work must be performed in accordance with the latest Ontario Building Code (OBC), Ontario Fire Code (OFC), and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its regulations.
