This Request for Tender for Professional Services (RFTps) is issued by Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) for the provision of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Pest Control Services across its residential housing portfolio. The intent of this RFTps is to secure a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive pest control services under the IPM framework, ensuring prevention, monitoring, tenant education, and treatment across all CHC properties. The term of the contract is anticipated to begin January 1, 2025 for an initial terms of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years. |
