The Work Requirements in this RFT includes the repair and rehabilitation of Reinforced concrete balcony, including slab edge repairs, top surface repairs, and through-slab repairs. The scope of work also includes brick repair and replacement, installation of brick ties, shelf angle repairs, window lintel repairs, complete exterior sealant replacement, and balcony guard repainting. |
