The Work Requirements in this RFT involve providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to add or replace bathroom exhaust fans in the proposed units located on Ford Ferndale. Work includes removal of existing fans, installation of new Broan AE110K 110CFM exhaust fans, and installation of standard white toggle switches & plates. |
