The Work Requirements in this RFT involve building envelope upgrades including siding, windows, doors, vents and sealants replacement; repair and restoration of metal lintels, metal railings, metal posts, and localized masonry at CHC’s Nancy Court development Town houses, A1-A6 and B1-B6 Nancy & 14-16 and 18-20 Pearl Ave, Leamington, Ontario.

The development comprises of 16 townhouse styled buildings located on Nancy Avenue and Pearl Avenue, Leamington, Ontario. The town houses mainly consist of two storey, 3-bedroom units with basements, constructed of wood-framed structures and clad in a combination of brick veneer and vinyl siding.
