The purpose of this RFI is to:
• Understand the capabilities and service offerings available in the market for data governance consulting, information architecture design, and file server migration to Microsoft 365
• Identify vendors with demonstrated experience in comparable public sector, non-profit housing, or Ontario Broader Public Sector (BPS) environments
• Obtain high-level indicative budget ranges to support internal planning and budgetary approval processes
• Understand typical engagement models, phasing approaches, and timelines for projects of this nature
• Inform the development of a formal procurement document (RFP or RFQ) at a future date
