The Work Requirements in this RFTsf involve-
a. Painting the hallway walls and ceiling on 22 floors.
b. Paint the exterior side of all door frames within the hallway
c. Paint all the service doors within the hallway (suite doors are not included)
d. The Proponent shall limit tenant disruption and using clear signage and barriers as needed to direct tenant traffic during the work.
e. Enhances tenant satisfaction and promotes community well-being through visual improvements.
