Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) is seeking proponents to submit a single proposal for Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation Services at Lauzon Road, Windsor, ON.
a. The Proponent shall design and fabricate bathroom & kitchens for each of the units in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations, and best practices. Furthermore, design
and deliver the bathroom & kitchen in such a way to facilitate installation which reduces downtime and tenant inconvenience.
b. The Proponent shall be responsible for the supply of new & durable bathroom & kitchen cabinets, countertops complete with handles, bathroom & Kitchen sinks and other
components as per the detailed specifications.
c. The Proponent shall deliver and install the bathroom & kitchens to the noted job site locations in Windsor. The Proponent and its selected installers shall coordinate with CHC and adhere to the design and production schedule agreed upon to facilitate a smooth delivery process. Minimum of 43 units shall be completed by December 12, 2025 and the rest (65 Units) to be completed by March 13, 2026. All units should be installed in a timely and efficient manner on or before the substantial completion date specified in RFPc Schedule B Part 6.2 Sequencing.
