General Description. Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) invites proponents to submit a single proposal for completing asphalt parking lot reconstruction and other civil works items at CHC Property as follows:
a. Slater (2) – Part A: 1820 – 1874 Slater St, Windsor, ON, N8W 4W9
The parking lot in this area services 5 blocks of townhomes, comprising 24 tenant units.
b. Slater (2) – Part B: 1920 – 1968 Glenbrook Ct, Windsor, ON, N8W 5K3 The parking lot in this area services 5 blocks of townhomes, comprising 24 tenant units.
Note: Detailed location specifications are included in RFT Schedule B Part 13
The works in this RFT includes but is not limited to the following:
• Complete reconstruction of asphalt parking lot including curbs.
• Complete replacement and new installations of sidewalks and lead walks.
• Replacement of patios.
• Repair and/or replacement of porches and steps.
• Foundation wall repairs.
• Replacement of porch railings.
• Repair and/or replacement of wooden fence.
• Regrade of yard.
• Repair or replacement of downspouts.
• Installation of new Catch basin skirts (aprons) and new adjustment rings, as required.
• Installation of Barrier Free Parking signs
