The Proponent shall be responsible for the demolition of existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and installation of 143 new kitchens; New cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets[JT1] [JT2] and rangehoods, will be installed at CHC’s Curry McKay development. The work shall involve coordination, measure, installation and receiving of the new kitchen cabinets and countertops from CHC pre-selected Supplier.
