A. THE DELIVERABLES
Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation intends to prequalify suppliers for the Exterior Envelope Restoration of various residential developments within our portfolio. The restoration work will be carried out over multiple phases, spanning from 2025 to 2027. The scope of work varies by development type and includes but not limited to window and door replacement/repair, brick repair, siding replacement/repair, exterior sealant replacement, and exterior vent repair/replacement.
