Description: 

The work requirements in this RFT involve rehabilitating the exterior envelope of the 49-unit low-rise apartment building known as Riggs Manor. This includes replacing all existing windows, balcony doors, and entry and stairwell doors. Additionally, the work entails replacing all exterior sealants, performing EFIS repairs at specified locations, conducting concrete balcony repairs and waterproofing, and replacing A/C sleeves, exterior vents, and flashing.
