The scope of work in this RFPc is outcome oriented. The Proponent is required to achieve the below listed outcomes: a. Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) is seeking proponents to submit a single proposal for Flat Roof Replacement Services at two multi-residential building locations in Windsor. The proponent is expected to provide all labour, supervision, parts, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the roof replacement work as further defined in RFPc Schedule B.
