Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (“CHC”) to qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of laundry concession services at CHC properties throughout Windsor and Essex County. CHC intends to award one portfolio-wide Contract. The successful Proponent will be responsible for supplying, installing, owning, operating, maintaining, repairing and replacing the laundry equipment and associated payment systems. CHC is seeking a reliable, affordable and efficient laundry service that meets the needs of tenants and provides overall value to CHC.
