WECHC wishes to modernize its https://www.wechc.com/ and https://www.chrwec.com/ websites. The following is an overview of project deliverables:

1. Position the websites to meet future needs as the preferred first point of contact for residents, businesses and other stakeholders who are looking for information or to engage with WECHC.
2. Assess, Plan, Design and Develop new websites for WECHC.
3. The new websites must use a Content Management System (CMS) and supporting infrastructure that allows for the use of modern website features and functions.
4. The new design will include consultation and engagement with external and internal stakeholders prior to the selection of the final design.
5. Provide a plan and service structure for ongoing maintenance, support and development of the website following launch.
6. Replace and migrate relevant content from existing websites to newly designed websites.
7. While this project will only include the development of the https://www.wechc.com/ and https://www.chrwec.com/ websites, the solution should be scalable and easily maintained and updated by our staff with the ability to allow for customization and future expansion including the addition of site and microsites in the future.
8. Provide a website that meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, AODA, and is positioned to meet future legislated accessibility needs.
9. Provide a website that enables WECHC to securely collect and transfer information that meet our obligations of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy [SB1] and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
