Outcome Oriented. The scope of work in this RFPc is outcome oriented. The Proponent is required to achieve the below listed outcomes:
SHINGLED ROOF REPLACEMENTS (SRR)
It is the purpose of this Scope of Work to provide for the necessary labour, equipment, materials, and “competent” supervision for the complete removal and lawful disposal of existing roofing
materials and replacement of shingled roofing materials, along with all necessary flashing. Work to be performed at 5 CHC Owned Developments (25 Row House Building Blocks and 22 Single Family
Homes located in Windsor-Essex Region) as further defined in Schedule B- Part 13 Location Specifications. In one development, the work also includes installing a roof mounted bathroom vent
and vent hose through the attic space for each tenant unit below, for future connection belo w roof byCHC. The Work Requirements for SRR are further detailed in the specifications set out in this RFPc
